StrixCare Connect is a French technology company working with organizations that need digital environments designed around their own operating model.
We operate at the intersection of strategy, product design and software engineering — from the first framing of a business challenge through to the long-term evolution of the platform in production.
Our work spans several industries and is structured to support international projects, multilingual products and European infrastructure requirements.
Where we come from
We come from the field, not from a slide deck.
A good tool is judged at seven in the morning, short-staffed — not in a meeting room.
StrixCare Connect grew out of years spent alongside care teams: handovers on paper, data retyped three times, software designed far away from the people who had to use it.
We learned to ask questions before offering solutions, to respect people's time, and to treat confidentiality as an obligation rather than an option.
We now apply that culture well beyond healthcare: the same demand for reliability, the same attention to the people who use the tool every day.

Miguel Oliveira
Leads architecture, engineering and hosting decisions, from the data model to the platforms running in production.
Gisele Pereira
A dual software and biomedical background: builds the platforms and translates clinical requirements into implementation.
A permanent core team, extended project by project with selected external contributors — clinical specialists, design, security, field expertise — engaged under the same confidentiality requirements.
