Data collected
Through the contact form: first name, last name, professional email address and the description of your request (mandatory fields), plus company, phone, country, industry, project type and project stage (optional fields). The site language and the submission timestamp are also recorded. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiry and assessing a potential business relationship: your consent, given via the form checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Site security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Retention of records linked to a contractual relationship: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).
Retention periods
Enquiries with no commercial follow-up: 3 years from the last contact. Prospects and clients: duration of the business relationship, then 3 years. Accounting and contractual records: 10 years, as required by law. Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to authorised staff of STRIXCARE CONNECT and to the technical providers required to operate the site: the hosting and delivery provider, and the database provider that stores incoming messages. These providers act as processors, on instruction and under confidentiality obligations. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Location and transfers
Contact-form data is stored on infrastructure located within the European Union. Should any transfer outside the European Union occur as part of the technical delivery of the site, it is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel, authenticated and logged. Database access rights are constrained by row-level security rules.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to issue directives on the fate of your data after death. Exercise these rights by email at info@strixcareconnect.com or by post to the registered office. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.
Complaints

Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the basis of data collected through this website.
